1. What this is
You're being given early access to an unfinished game so we can test it and learn from how you play. It will have bugs, missing content, placeholder art and sound, balance problems, crashes and server downtime. Things you see may change or be removed. Nothing in this build is a promise about the finished game.
2. Who can play
You must be 18 or older. The game contains cartoon violence, crude humour and jokes about vaping, nicotine, alcohol and drugs. You must be a person we invited; don't share the download, the password or server addresses with anyone we didn't invite.
3. What you may do with the build
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the build on your own computer for the purpose of this playtest. You may not copy it for others, sell it, modify it, reverse-engineer it, extract its assets, cheat, use bots or macros, exploit bugs to ruin matches for others, or attack the servers. We can revoke access at any time, for any reason, and we'll delete the build's server-side data for the test when it ends.
4. Streaming, screenshots and clips
You may stream, record and post clips and screenshots, as long as the on-screen "pre-alpha playtest build" watermark stays visible and you don't present the footage as the finished game. If we ever need a test to be confidential, we'll tell you in writing before it starts.
5. Your feedback
Anything you tell us about the game — questionnaire answers, Discord messages, bug reports, ideas — you give us permission to use, change and build on, without payment or credit, forever. You keep ownership of your own words; we're just free to act on them. Please don't send us ideas you consider confidential or that belong to someone else.
6. Behaviour
Be decent to the other testers. No harassment, hate, slurs or threats in names, chat or voice. We can remove anyone from the test on the spot, and we don't owe an explanation.
7. Data we collect
The game records match statistics, your chosen player name, basic performance information about your PC, your network ping and the server's connection logs (which include your IP address). The application form and the questionnaire collect what you type. Details, retention and how to ask for deletion are in the Privacy Notice, which is part of these terms.
8. Parody, memes and AI tools
This game is parody and satire. Names, items, brands and situations are fictional or exaggerated for comedy; no affiliation with or endorsement by any real company, person or meme-maker is claimed. The game is made by a very small team using AI tools for code, 3D assets and music, with humans directing, reviewing and tuning everything that ships. The full statement is in the Credits.
9. No warranty, limited liability
The build is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. We're not liable for anything that happens to your computer, data, accounts, or anything else as a result of using it, to the fullest extent the law allows. Where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability, our total liability is limited to US $10.
10. Third-party software and content
The game is built with Unreal Engine and includes third-party content under their own licences, listed in the Credits. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.
11. Ending and changing these terms
This playtest can end at any time. We may change these terms for a later test; you'll be asked to accept the new version in-game before playing again. The laws of California, USA apply, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located there.
